Jake Latendresse grew up in the rich hunting culture of west Tennessee. Born and raised on Kentucky Lake in Camden, Tennessee, Jake cut his teeth in the infamous Camden Bottoms where he grew up hunting mallards in the flooded corn and timber. At the young age of 3, his father began to cultivate a passion that turned into a life long ambition. Now living in Nebraska, he integrates his southern style while guiding and hunting along the historical North Platte River.

Today, Jake travels the continent filming hunts for outdoor television. Through the eyes of a camera lens, Jake's love for the outdoors has found new meaning: capturing memories on film for outdoor television viewers. Filming for RNT-V and The Wild Outdoors, Jake has the opportunity to experience world class hunting everyday of the season.

Also, Jake has found a wife and filming partner in the same gal, Kyna Wagner-Latendresse. Together, they make a potent team and spend a tremendous amount of time filming wildlife from tree stands and duck blinds.

As a result being a cameraman, Jake brings an interesting perspective to the Avery Pro-staff. He says, "Hiding a camera is one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had in the outdoor world. However, Avery equipment allows me to set up as inconspicuous as possible so that the weary eyes of wild game are not suspicious of my presence. That is a must, if I want to capture in-your-face footage."
